Job Overview
About the Role
We are looking for a talented and forward-thinking AI Automation & Development Specialist to join the Maagreenspaces team. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents and automated workflow solutions that drive operational efficiency and innovation across the business. You will work at the intersection of AI engineering and process automation, turning complex business requirements into scalable, intelligent systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI agents using low language model (LLM) frameworks and agentic tooling
- Build and maintain automated workflow pipelines using platforms such as Make, n8n, Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, or equivalent.
- Integrate AI models and APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.) into business applications and internal tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop, test, and deploy prompt engineering strategies to optimise AI agent performance.
- Monitor, evaluate, and iterate on deployed agents and workflows to ensure reliability and accuracy.
- Document solutions clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Keep up to date with the rapidly evolving AI tooling landscape and proactively recommend improvements.
- Integration of Ai Agents with google sheet and websites
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience building AI agents and automated workflows in a professional or project-based setting.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and agentic frameworks (.
- Proficiency with at least one workflow automation platform (Power Automate, n8n, Make, Zapier, etc.).
- Strong programming skills in HTML,CSS and JavaScript.
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and system integration.
- Solid understanding of prompt engineering and context management for AI systems.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and communicate progress clearly.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and vector databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Exposure to low-code/no-code AI tooling (Voiceflow, Botpress, Dify, etc.).
- Knowledge of data handling, governance, and security best practices.
- Background in a regulated industry (Hospitality) is a plus.
- Proficient in the use of Google sheet
